Elaine has lived and breathed the high-tech world of Silicon Valley
for almost thirty years. Her career developed through the ranks of
Accounting, Finance and HR, with forays into Materials, Facilities,
and Marketing Services. As a manager, Controller and financial officer,
she championed the role of all-purpose executive, sustaining momentum
by doing whatever needed to be done.
For the past twelve years Elaine has
worked exclusively with emerging companies, helping launch and develop
nearly thirty organizations.

Roger Boor Co-founder, CEO
With more than two decades of management and marketing experience, Roger Boor has developed an approach to launching and building businesses that has benefited more than thirty companies. As an entrepreneur who quickly built a successful consulting firm, he empathetically assists other executives as they create solid foundations for their businesses.
His experience ranges from retail to high-tech in both product and service driven industries. As co-founder of New Business Consultants, Mr. Boor has been instrumental in coordinating services for early stage companies with 2 to 50 employees and up to $5 million in annual sales.
Bringing a team together, planning, and creating a corporate infrastructure conducive to growth is part of the vision that Mr. Boor brings to his clients on a daily basis. His ability to establish, manage, and facilitate all the relationships necessary to elevate the performance of an emerging company has enhanced his reputation in the start-up community.
